CANCELLATION POLICY
As a guest house with limited number of rooms we have a strict cancellation policy.
Booked accommodation can no longer be sold on other websites we linked up with.
Therefore a client cancelling a confirmed booking will be liable for full payment.
Email or verbal bookings are binding as a confirmation of the booking.
(whether we have a deposit from you or not)
Full amount to be paid as deposit for stays less than 4 days.
Deposit = 100% deposit for 4 days or less. For more than four days a 50% deposit is required.No-Show (non-arrival) or cancellation within 7 days of arrival, 100% of the total accommodation fee is payable regardless of deposit paidorbillbackagreement.
From 7 to 14 days: 75% of full stay is forfeited regardless of deposit paid or bill back agreement;From 14 to 21 days: 50% full stay forfeited regardless of deposit paid or bill back agreement;From 21 to 28 days: 25% full stay forfeited regardless of deposit paid or bill back agreement;Shortening length of stay: 100% of daily rate will be payable for each day cancelled
